1 Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 365win support immediately. 365win is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You must notify 365win promptly if any of your personal details change.
• Account sharing with family members or any other person is not permitted.
• 365win may at any time require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 365win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and debit/credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available as displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 365win is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on their end.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods registered in someone else's name is not permitted.
• 365win does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using bonus funds from another platform or through unauthorised means may be voided.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

365win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members. These are displayed on the Promotions page and are subject to individual terms that are stated alongside each offer. All promotional activity is also governed by the general conditions outlined in this section.

• Bonuses are only available to members who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Each bonus must be used within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• 365win reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Promotions page.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements, or coordinated activity — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 365win — whether on cricket, PSL matches, T20 tournaments, football, esports or any other available market — are subject to the rules applicable to that sport or event category. Rules for individual sports and bet types are available in the Bet section of the platform.

General betting rules that apply across all markets include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances covered by the specific sport's void rules.
• 365win reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures or events that are subsequently deemed ineligible under the applicable rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, 365win's decision is final after review.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays between action and market availability. 365win is not liable for bets placed on events where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted due to data feed latency.
• 365win reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where irregular patterns are identified.

8 User Conduct

All members are expected to use 365win in good faith and in compliance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of an event on which bets have been placed.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud or other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any other individual.

365win monitors account activity and may take action — including account suspension, withdrawal restriction or permanent closure — where any of the above conduct is identified. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
